Closed Type Busbar Systems
- The PVC busbar body facilitates energy transmission through 4 channels containing copper conductors.
- Energy is transferred to crane systems through current collector brushes.
- It offers capacity options of 40A, 80A, 100A, and 200A.
- Suitable for both outdoor and indoor applications.
- Its closed design prevents corrosion and provides high resistance against impacts.
Open Type Busbar Systems
- Energy transmission is achieved through embedded copper conductors in plastic channels.
- The energy is transferred to crane systems via current collector brushes.
- Capacity options include 40A, 80A, 100A, and 200A.
- Suitable for indoor applications, additional protective measures (such as shelters) are required for outdoor use.
- It particularly benefits radius lines.
Cable Gathering Drums
- Both spring-loaded and motorized cable gathering drums are available.
- These drums can operate smoothly in both horizontal and vertical mounting positions under challenging conditions.
- Horizontal drums are typically used in the power supply lines of portal cranes.
- Vertical drums, connected to hooks, are used in the power supply lines of attachments (magnets, tongs, buckets, etc.).
- For spring-loaded cable gathering drums, energy transmission is possible in the range of 20A to 160A based on the cable section.
- For motorized cable gathering drums, energy transmission is possible in the range of 20A to 500A.
C Profile (Cornice) Systems
- These systems allow energy transmission using round or flat cables.
- They offer capacity options between 20A and 80A.
- For systems ranging from 80A to 200A, NPI80 and NPI120 track and cable-carrying trolleys are used for energy transmission.
- They are commonly employed in transporting energy and control panels between crane panels.
- They are also preferred as the main transmission line in distances where voltage drop is not a concern.
