In the design of our walking groups, we have increased the speed option by designing the wheels to be driven from the hub (20-30-40 m/min).
Our gear reducer motors operate in an enclosed cast box with an oil bath, ensuring all gears are maintained without the need for oil replacement. All gears are manufactured as helical gears.
Heat treatment processes such as cementation and normalization are applied to all gear groups. The gears and wheels undergo a grinding process to enhance their efficiency and ensure quiet operation.
The motors comply with IEC standards and are squirrel-cage, 400Vac nominal voltage, 3-phase, 50Hz, with F insulation and a minimum IP55 protection class, featuring an electromagnetic disc brake.
